I ordered अंडा दम बिरयानी प्लस Firni from Zomato. The order was instructed as less spicy. So, let’s evaluate. The rice was fully cooked so were the eggs and potato. But they used very less essence which is why people choose biriyani over plain rice. The raita was salty as well as spicy. So useless you can’t even add it to your tongue leave aside the rice. The firni was the show stopper. And simply melted in my mouth. And that’s why the 4⃣ stars. P.S: If The Biriyani Inc is reading this, kindly send your men to taste the raita from Mast Biriyani in Zoo Road. You will know what I’m asking for. Can add aromatic essence to your biriyani too.
