If you are looking for fine dining with quality food and service skip this place. nothing special about this place. feels like normal homemade food. cleanliness and interiors need a complete revamp.
We planned to have exclusively Bengali food in lunch and so we had been there to taste Bengali preparation in Guwahati. We ate non-veg preparation here and preparation was quite good.
This restaurant is good for Bengali food , we ate Illis fish which is very tasty made in mustard , but it is a little bit expensive , ambience and service is good but in and around premises should be clean.
Good bengali restaurant but the cost of food is at high point for the service and the food that they provide.
The Guwahati outlet is not upto the mark. Whereas the Kolkata outlets of the group are much better. Perhaps the cook in Guwahati is not properly trained in preparing specialised bengali cuisine. Very disappointing experience.
There you will find good Bengali dished severed at a reasonable rate. Food are also very tasty and good
The food was typically Bengali with all the flavours associated. The special dishes were related to Banana flower and Fish. Though the season was not write for Hilsa but the local fish was very tasty. Best place for ethnic Bengali cuisine in Guwahati.
