Visited the ongoing Hilsa Festival . Hilsa is one such fish which I love to the core be it steamed, baked, cooked, chorchori, fry. There were lots on the menu but I preferred their Hilsa Thali . The thaki consisted of Plain rice, Daal, Papad, Jhur jhuri aloo bhaji, tomato chutney, roasted mashed Hilsa, Chorchori made with Brinjal n Hilsa, Hilsa fry Steamed Hilsa with mustard paste and finally roshogulla.. The entire plate was perfect homely. Overall good food, ambience n good service.
