Well, it’s purely a family restaurant. The basic attraction of the restaurant is its Assamese Cuisine. I went out with my family and had a good time. The staffs are nice, friendly and well behaved.The items are tasty. It also has Chinese items, such as Chillly Chicken, Chicken Manchurian etc, but I’d suggest all of you to stick to the Assamese Cuisine only, as that’s more delicious than the rest. Preparation was good. Chinese items were not upto the mark. But that won’t stop me from giving a 4 star.Also, the price is very pocket friendly. Rs.300-350 for two people’s lunch, I’d say.The ambience is nice as well.Will visit again for sure..!!
Being located at Panbazar, this place has been a convenient food destination for bhaat-lovers like us for years now. The interior is clean and overall ambiance has been good for having lunch with family and friends. However, I have always found many of the items in thali missing whenever I have been there for dinner. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH; BUT I THINK THEY ARE NOT DINNER-READY.
The Assamese veg thali is really very tasty. I am so found of the gur paiyakh that without it I feel it incomplete. The Chicken Curry is kinda okayish . It can improve it’s taste a little more.
The service is good. Food is good. Thali is great. Add chicken to it and it’s a delight to eat. Service from zomato is also good and fast.5 stars for Nabhoj and Zomato.
Good traditional place to hang out. The Veg thali tastes good. The items were freshly prepared, with a good layout and professional staff. The atmosphere is pleasant. Situated in the heart of the city. Prices are reasonable. Worth value for money. Chicken fry was good too. The porridge provided was fresh and yummy with the taste of jaggery in it.Overall centrally located place to go out for a fine dining.
Nabhoj always satisfied my home food craving . Their chicken thali is fingers liking. Whenever I miss my home food , I’m preferred Nabhoj. I have also tried their chilly chicken dry which was also good.
Guwhati food experience.. after a hard work on net and location finding to save travel time in chocoblock streets, I landed into Nabhoj in Pan Bazar. Being a foodie it was confirmed that I must have the local flavor.Though the Chicken cooked with banana flowers was sounding quite tempting, I opted for a vegetarian Thali.. quite a satisfying experience where the natural flavors are retained without overcooking.The connect with neighbouring states is significant when you eat fried brinjal and Masoor Dal/ lentils served with mustard chutney.Price Is RS 130/- with refill options
