I’ve ordered their Chicken Dum Biryani, and I’d say that it’s one of the best biryanis I’ve had in Guwahati. The fragrance, the tenderness of the chicken, the Birista, just beautiful. The rose petals were a first for me, but I liked it. The only area where they could improve I feel, is the quality of rice. A longer grain perhaps. Nonetheless, I’d definitely give this biryani no less than 5 stars!
