I fulfilled my craving for Kebabs and kofta after six months of penance from Mughlai cuisine. From the streets of Nizammudin and Chandni Chowk, I had to find an alternative in my hometown. And where to start but in Mughal Garden!Food and taste-meter: ordered Beef kebabs(3/5), beef kofta(4.5/5), Beef Biryani(4/5) and Beef Bhuna(4.5/5). I enjoyed the kofta which went really well with the chutney. Kebabs were crisp. I expected more from the kebabs. It didn’t melt in my mouth which is my taste from Delhi days. Biryani was good, and quite filling. Ample quantity to leave you in coma. Bhuna wasn’t bad at all. Tender meat with the gravy went well alongside the Biryani.Service: 4.5/5 . Prompt service, and mannered staffs.Value for Money: 4/5. I have eaten six pieces of kebabs for price less than Rs 50. And same biryani for half the price. But since it is my alternative, I wouldn’t mind the price at all. Hence, an enjoyable meal here. Definitely recommend for those who enjoy Mughlai food.
