Good ambience , good food but slow service , not too courteous waiters , but there is room for improvement if trained well. It’s a lovely family restaurant and one can try it out at least once .
When you hear of the Guwahati Address by Centre Point, you go in with a lot of expectations. I was so disappointed with the experience my family and I had here. The interiors are the only good thing about this place. Nothing more. The staff isn’t courteous and have zero knowledge about the food and drinks they serve. When you ask them for customising your order, they will nod and yet make no changes you ask them to. I asked for a Lemon ICED Tea and got a glass of water mixed with Lemon iced tea powder. When asked for the ICE in Lemon ICED Tea, they took about 30 minutes to get it. The Honey Chilli Potato were soggy french fries dipped only in honey. Manchow soup smelt and tasted like it was stale. Furthermore, there will be hardly two people to serve the entire restaurant, both inside and outside. Please do not go in here to waste your time and money and ruin your mood.
Food did not meet my expectations. The ambience is beautiful. Location is feasible. The staffs are polite and friendly. The environment is quiet and soothing.
Overrated. Overpriced(You cant even imagine). Horrible quantity. Not so impressive food( i had pork noodles in Shillong style, and it was horrible. My tummy is burning post the food. Full of ajinamotto). Wantons are aweful(you would get better feel of momos in the street).
Beautiful interior decoration. Occasionally can be visited. Bar and the restaurant are separated which is a good thing. But they give very less in quantity with respect to the price they have put up. Its not worth giving that amount of price in place of very less amount of food quantity. There is need to look after the price.
First off, excellent ambience. Loved the details and the woody interior made it feel all the more cosy and warm.I came here with my husband and while we loved the grandness of it all, our first impression wasn’t all that good. There was no one at the front desk and when we entered no one took us to a table. When we finally found the manager (?) he just us nudged us towards a table somewhere. I think that’s a bit unprofessional considering the type of restaurant he’s managing. Second, the food. Sadly, we must admit w’ve had better. It was all right but nothing great. Maybe we didn’t order their specialty. I don’t know. Also, it took so much time for the food to arrive. So, take home note, don’t visit if you’re really hungry.
