One of the two mutton restaurants in Gola Road that offers handi meat – Ahuna Meat, a signature dish of old Champaran, Bihar and an absolute delight for a non-vegetarian. The specialty of this dish is that it is prepared in an earthen pot and is cooked for hours over charcoal. As the mutton curry is cooked in an earthen pot, it makes the meat even more tastier. The aroma is irresistible. This made me forget the Mutton Roghan Josh, even the famed Laal Maas paled !
