I am an ice cream lover and order new flavours from Baskin Robbins (BR) quite often. Their vanilla ice cream is my all-time favourite. I also like the BR parlour and its quiet ambience. I, however, had a terrible experience when I ordered a Sizzling Choco Burst with Vanilla Ice Cream recently. The choco burst was as hard as a rock and anything, but sizzling. It tasted bad too. I finally had to dump it and eat only the ice cream. Recommendation: It’s a big NO!
Its a nice place. A bit expensive but money meets class here. Quality overall has also been great. Could still make some fair changes in customer service.
A good place for ice creams. Being an international chain parlour, it is expensive too. Overall, you will enjoy the ice creams and one should try it once.
