It was a horrible experience last evening. Heights of irresponsibility and casualness. No business ethics and morals nor a professional way of answering. It was so hurting that I am going to stop not only myself but also all my family and friend to go there.I have ordered the mushroom chilli and got no mushroom in my food ,not even a single one. I have complained and taken the whole of my dish to the restaurant (which is a so called & popular one) and shown that there is no mushroom in it. But guess what they are not accepting their fault nor they are accepting that this could even happen.So ultimately they want to say that Zomato rider have taken all the mushroom out of the dish. well I know that cant be true nither I am saying that they fraud with me but mistakes happen . and being a business man that of a service sector you need to accept your fault and apologize. But they were rude and unprofessional right away.You should know there is not only Rs 280 odd involved in here. This is about your reputation and mark my word if the incident has not been justified to me the reputation would be considerably hampered. Hence if you are doing business to serve and make your customer happy and satisfied do revert my mail ,refund my amount and make an apology regarding this to me (because that incident also embarrass me before my friends) .And also make sure that this would not happen again.I need not to say that if no action taken I would go further in this case.

One of the oldest pure veg restaurants in Patna. The food is okayish sometimes and some times just average. The decor is very traditional and old school. Service is ok but if they need to compete with other upcoming outlets then they have to improve in many aspects of the restaurant business.
