These people are utilizing own delivery boy to deliever food to more than 2 people at a time and they have predefiend explanation. And after complaint, Zomato is not taking any innecative or not blocking these types of food hub to improve the service and quality. This is not the first time when I am facing this problem with Packman. Please think before u order food from Packman. As per my previous experience with them I am writing this issues, there food is half cooked and taste less and always forgot to deliver each and everything u order
One of the worst places one can order from. I ordered from PacMan one unfortunate night; my order was Dahi Kebab and a Margarita pizza. Both of them were packaged foods that were reheated and served. The pizza was probably a month or so old. I insist, please do not order from this place.
