Round the clock was an excellent concept introduced when there were no joints offering 24 hours food. Had gone there, the buffet presentation needs lot of improvement. Its excellent place but needs hard work to compete with private sector. Food is ok ok and can be improved.
What everyone else has been saying about this place is not incorrect.! The restaurant is a disgrace in terms of food quality. Stayed here for a night and decided to go for the dinner buffet. All I can say is – absolutely horrific. I’m not sure how or if they have a chef who still has a job here. I’m not concerned about the cost of a good meal in a hotel like this, but this food experience really pushed me to write this review, so that others do not suffer the same experience. You’re basically gonna be paying 1100 bucks for possibly the worst dinner buffet you have come across in your life. If you choose to go a-la-carte, then it’s gonna be an easy 1500 bucks per person with the same lack of quality. I’m not sure how the management here allows this farce to continue.My recommendation – if you stay at this hotel, there are plenty of good food joints in and around the sector 10 area that you would rather visit. Give this place a miss for sure, or share my fate and write a similar review !

I had to change my cold coffee 3 times and still couldn’t able to make up to the expectation and finally had to order a chocolate shake thought they can atleast make it better as it more to make than a cold coffee however it was as worst as the cold coffee. But since have no choice I had to drink the shake and paid for that. When I complained the staff they were smiling and told me that Sir kabhi kabhi aisa ho jata hai. They were least bothered about the customer satisfaction. They were only concerned about the money and to clear the table as soon as the guest cleared the bill. I will never like to visit this place again and would surely not recommend it to anyone
The food is always bad when ever we visit, be it a personal dine experience or a wedding we attend there.. Staff is cordial but quality of food is pathetic.. Food tastes nothing like a five star in fact not even average.. This time we ordered margarita pizza and a Sizzler.. We left both of them just after few bites coz they tasted bad.. Guess the oil used in Sizzler was stale.. Would not recommend it in case one wishes to eat tasty food..
Located at the heart of the city in Sector 10 is this 5 Star hotel. The food of the restaurant is top notch. It won’t disappoint you being a 5 Star Hotel. Buffet is a must try.
