So, okay.. The fried chicken was good, not great.. One thing that I am unsure about, is the apple pie.. Was small, circular and really flat.. Like, something was really wrong with it and you just have to order it to see what’s wrong.. It was packed with flavours but was greasy..
I Soo wanted this to be better. Visited this cafe after reading a lot good things about it but my experience was not worthwhile.First of all, it’s a tiny place in a hotel which is fine, but the ambience takes a hit because of it and by that I mean it is just next to a hotel lobby which can be noisy and strangely no music was playing. Walking in there to those empty tables with no music didn’t gave a very joyous vibe.Secondly, coming to the food. I believe it’s the first cafe in chandigarh to put Shakshuka on their menu. But again it was a miss. Eggs in the dish were way too raw and runny.Also I ordered Arabian coffee and another disappointment came to my way. I mean that was such regular cup of coffee. I don’t know why they had to put that on menu if they don’t know what it is. They were doing fine without it but any ways.Apart from all this the food is wholesome and quantity is not going to be a problem. Plus it’s reasonably priced. No complaints about the service. I also wanted to try their pancakes but I guess I’ll keep that for a future breakfast date.I didn’t want to be very harsh and I hope they takes this as constructive criticism.
sezi kitchen is a newly opend cute little cafe in Chandigarh. They are serving amazing food with the concept of soulfood, or comfort food. everything is super cheesy and high in calories. So, for a person like me, its absolute bliss. I loved the cheesy fries, the fried chicken with cheey dip, the Orange trump shake, and the apple cobbler dessert and of course the cupcakes.
