Went Balbir Dhaba Pure Veg. Literally the worst food I’ve had in my entire life. We ordered Masala Papad, Veg Crispy, Mushroom Chili, Paneer Chatpata, Veg Bhuna Masala, Dal Fry and Jeeta Rice.Plates were kept upside down on the table and were unclean. Same for plastic unclean glasses.Masala Papad was fried papas sprinkled with bits of vegetables without any masalas. Very bland.Mushroom Chili and Veg Crispy were dipped in salt before being served. They probably used an entire rock of salt ( I doubt they buy packets). Crispy has some vegetables that were spoiled.Paneer Chatpata did not have any salt as they were probably all used up in making the above mentioned items. It was literally tasteless.Bhuna Masala tasted stinky. Dal Fry and Jeera Rice were only decent items. Naan and Roti tasted sour. Probably because of old dough.Best tasting item was Fosters Mineral Water. Also, starters took 30 mins to arrive followed by 20 more minutes for food (All was ordered in starting 10 mins). Complaints were met with a blank stare. Wouldn’t recommend to even worst enemies.

The waitress was so confused when we told to modify our order a bit.Moreover, the owner also does not care.Do not compare it to original dhaba standard in service.
