This place is located near Laxmi Nagar metro station and offers variety of sweets and snacks.Well the snacks are just okayish but the sweets offered are really good. The prices are on higher side.I have tried their samosas, gajar halwa as well and they were tasty.The sitting space is also less , so one can order or opt takeaway from this place.
The popularity of this place is a proof for the dearth of eating places in the locality.Being left without options, I had to turn to Laxmi sweet for my mid evening munching and I am sorry to say, I as well as my stomach was left upset.The food is extremely oily and smells of over used oil and the concept of taste missing completely from my plate.I hear they are pretty famous for their samosa but I have no intention to give it a try.
A simple place for sweets and snacks. This is used mostly by Ca students for eating. They have nice chole bhature, and baidmi puri. The other snacks are good too.
Amazing amazing jalebi. Famous for jalebi. Here you can get fresh hot sugary delicious jalebi. Other sweets are average. Jalebi is bonzer. 3.5/5. 🙂

One of the oldest sweet shop..puri sbzi is vry gud n in ths season ghewar is one of my favourite..d food n sweets r all vry gud n pocket friendly place to hve tasty breakfast..well done
Lakshmi Sweet is a small sweet shop in Laksmi Nagar. It is a old joint. I am seeing this place since 2001 so if a food joint has survived so long they are doing something right. Literally they don’t have any space to give customer service because of the cramped space and street. Please don’t expect any service. You will think that Man behind counter is talking rudely but he speaks that way only. This year I visited this place after long time. I think after eight years. Everything is same as it was between 2001-06. Nothing has changed. Good Sweet and Snack and fast service. I will not say that they are expert in every sweet items but they really make some great items. During diwali time you can try Gujiya and Lauglatta from their outlet. Try this joint without any expectation of service (which normally people expect in hospitality industry). They offer good snacks.
