If you want to have some awesome food delivered right at your doorstep thn this is the best.I have ordered couple of times and didn’t have to bother about the quality and taste.I ordered afgan kali mirch paneer, mushroom tikka, chaap masale wali.Food was delivered on the time and tasted yummy.
Delhi food factory is very nice and tasty . If you r around must try their Shahi paneer you will be in love with it highly recommended Take ur family out enjoy with low cost and tasty meal
My experience to order from Delhi Food Factory was worst. Never recommend to anyone even it’s last option in locality. Seriously Pathetic taste of food.
I am really disappointed with the food I ordered from here, I ordered cuz it had a good rating. First of all I waiting almost 40 minutes more than the time which was given. I ordered butter chicken, garlic naan and roomali roti.Garlic naan : was totally stiff cuz it got cold Offcourse.Roomali roti : was fine. Butter chicken : It was really bad, the chicken was not fresh at all, it tasted bad. Never gonna order from here again.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Last night I ordered a non-veg daryaganj ghosht biryani and a lal quile veg biryani. This order was paid & placed successfully at 12:30am and was supposed to reach me latest by 1:31am. However little did I knew that I’m being fooled here. When I called up enquiring about the status to my dismay i was being told that since they are facing a high volumes in orders my order is delayed by 1 more hour and also they have changed my order due to non-availability of food which I ordered in first place. Till 3am in the morning neither my food was delivered nor have I received my refund (which i requested zomato when my order was changed and delayed) #hopelessservice #cheatrestaurant #lootbusiness
First time I ordered from this restaurant amd i wait for 1.5 hour amd after that i call the restaurant they wer saying sir in 2 mins you get your order than again i call their after 20 mins i told them to cancel my order Faster they gave me a response yes sir you order was cancel No apologies from the restaurant sideNo guilt Shameless people I don’t know how they are running the restaurant They have no guilt Customer is waiting for thein food to eat and there behaviour are like that .
