This was by far the worst experience we had in the vicinity. First of all its very secluded place, no guests at all. AC was turned off. When we entered waiter switched on the AC near our table.Lots of flies came from that AC it seemed thar AC was turned on after ages. All food and mocktails ruined by flies. Then we order to repkace those. Mocktails were diluted like anything the next time.Manager was highly unprofessional and didnt care about the repo of restaurant and had no etiquette yo welcome or treat the guests properly.Highly not recommended to visit this place. Better we can go to some small Dhaba, at least they’ll treat you well.
Food is good & quite authentic. Service is pathetic and needs considerable improvements. They should increase there staff on weekends at least . Only one lady was serving in whole restaurant. Portions are good as well . There chocolate filled dimsums are great .
On the terrace of Park Inn by Raddisson you wil l find this restaurant alone and isolated. We went there on Saturday Dinner and there was no guest other than us. They also had only 1 guy for service, taking order etc. it looked like a dying restaurant out there. The restaurant serves just decent Chinese food. Nothing special but above average food.We ordered Veg Dimsums-GoodChilli Teriyaki Mushroom and Babycorn-Good but too spicy Kung Pao Tofu-Average Tofu quality was good thoughVeg Choupsey-Good a little different but nice to have Veg Hakka Noodles-Very Average Prices are high considering their food service and ambience.P.s We found a lizard on the wall near our dining table. So I can’t comment over hygienic conditions too.
Loved the food and the ambience. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. It’s a must visit place. Kung Pao chicken is a must have amongst all the dishes.
We were so happy to have discovered this close to our house that we went some 4-5 times within two months. But by the end of it we were tired of the place.Ambience 5/5Service 5/5Food quality 4/5 moving into 3/5 ( possibly because of the fatigue but I remember the last visit we decided not to come again)
