Went to Jammu and Kashmir House for some authentic Kashmiri delicacies and it not only was impressive but also recommendable to anyone who likes spicy kashmiri food.These masala mutton kebabs were a bomb for the tastebuds, were fried perfectly in a light garnish of onions and green chillies. Absolutely loved these.Also tried Chicken in Kashmiri laal curry and Yakhni mutton along with chappatis and steamed rice at the Jammu and Kashmir House in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.This might just look very ordinary but infact was very delicious and unique. Loved the blend of flavors in both the non veg curries. P.s- Yakhni is a curry made out of curd and goes well with the mutton’s tenderness.
