We ordered raw oysters, beijing duck, teriyaki chicken, honey glazed duck and crab benedict. Oyersters were okayish. Not worth it. Crab benedict was too rich. U couldn’t really taste the crab over the hollandAise sauce. Teriyaki chicken and honey glazed chicken were good. We had to return the Beijing duck as the rolls were very soggy. Its a one time visit place.
The Kimono Club is an absolute fine dine property. The place looks so elegant. So beautifully done. The time you enter here, it’s so damn mesmerizing. Service is smooth. Also, you can simply press the button and call Champagne Butler and your cocktail will be prepared infront of you. You can choose from Japanese, Chinese and Asian cuisine. This place provides the best of everything. Lip-smacking good food, amazing cocktails and delectable desserts. Totally loved the dimsums, for mains, I tried Udon noodles, spicy club rice, mapo tofu curry, wok fried chicken in black bean and steamed river sole fillet. Food is prepared with the finest ingredients. Portion size is adequate. For desserts, I had the most yummiest salted caramel chocolate tart and creamiest tofu cheesecake. This place is definitely on your bucket list.
I recently had my brunch at Kimono Club and would pen down my experience here.Ambiance – Its has the mood of a night club which can be turned to a sophisticated brunch area during the daylight and a happening Japanese disco club at night. I must agree to the fancy ambiance here.Staffs – One can expect prompt replies and definitely a good glass of wine being served according to one’s taste by the bartender . Quantity and Quality – I expected the main course to be slightly towards the spicy note but it wasn’t. Main course and dessert proportion is enough for two people. What to Try : I recommend the dumplings here. Chicken gyoza, Chicken Xiao Zi , Kale and Spinach .Soup – Smoked Corn Soup .I know its pretty basic but I like to stick to a regular main course. The Spicy Udon Noodles was pretty good with Crispy Chicken.Desserts – Chocolate Torte and Mango Cream with Sago is pretty much the winner among rest of the desserts. I would definitely suggest this place for brunch. depressedhogger.wordpress.com
Dined at The Kimono Club, and tried their All you can eat Dimsum menu, which I would say is worth every penny. The ambiance is lively, the service was excellent.Coming to food, they provide you with the menu and you can choose according to your preference.I tried the Millet and Barley salad, Woodberry and tomato soup, both were a perfect start to the meal. The unlimited Dimsum servings would excite every Dimsum lover. For the mains, I tried the Fish Fillet with Fried rice Yeung Chan style.Loved the mango cream with sago dessert, but I would highly recommend trying out their Salted caramel chocolate torte.
The Kimono Club is the newest luxury dining restaurant. The ambiance kf yhe modern asian bar and restaurant is amazing. Loved the vibe of the place. I tried their All You Can Eat Sushi and Dimsum menu that is a delight for the food fanatics. The new menu includes a diverse range of hand-rolled sushi and dimsum with a choice of salad, soup, congee, staples and a delicious dessert that can be savored in this delectable affair.
