  This Place is a gem for all the foodies out there.You will just love their each and every dish.Located in CR Park, Aminia establishes in 1930’s is the famous for its Bengali authentic dishes and north Indian and Mughali Dishes.We ordered Paneer Tikka , Phirni , Dal Makhani , Paneer Butter Masala, Biryani and Butter naans.Paneer Tikka were marvelous so well marinated and perfectly cooked.The main course dishes – Dal Makhani and Paneer Lababdar. Dal gives you an authentic taste of Kolkata blend spices. And Paneer was scrumptious filled with flavours.And the best part was phirni. The sweet phirni will make you drool for its very last bite.Do try this place soon.

  Being a Bengali, I have always been a die hard fan of Aminia of Kolkata and I’m really happy that they opened a new branch in Delhi’s C R Park area. I visited yesterday, Sunday afternoon with my family for lunch and luckily they had the last table avilable for us. The ambiance was good, AC was chilled, it’s located on the main road, parking is a little issue though but manageable.I wanted to order Mutton Biryani but unfortunately it was not available due to their meat vendor who gotten late so ordered the Chicken Biryani with a heavy heart. While we were waiting, after some time there owner Rizwan came and informed he’s making Mutton Biryani for me if I was ready to wait for a few minutes more, I instantly agreed and they served a freshly prepared Mutton Biryani to me with boiled eggs and boiled potatoes. I totally loved the Biriyani, made with long grain basmati rice, it was mildly spiced, full of aroma and flavours and totally non greasy. It seemed to have cooked with mutton stock so it had amazing flavours in every bite.We also ordered a plate of Egg/aloo Biryani and I tried that too to make sure they are not serving same rice in both the dishes and I found the rice tasted totally different from my Mutton Biryani.We also ordered a Turkish Mutton kebab, they were so nicely done, about 8 pieces of medium sized boneless mutton, succulent and juicy, boiled with spices etc and barbequed.Service was really amazing, the server Abhishek was really very well mannered and took real good care of us. Yes it took 15-20 minutes for my order to be served, but I was happy as it was freshly made and not served from bulk made Biryani.The owner also visited a couple of times to make sure we are having a good time and everything was perfect. They belong to the same family of Kolkata’s aminia, hence the taste stayed exactly the same.Now there were a couple of issue, like their bottled water wasn’t cold enough, they didn’t have cold drinks, which I totally ignored and rating them 5 as I went there for Biriyani and that was out of the world. I’m sure they’ll improve on those things also with time.Overall, being a Biryani lover, I rate this place 5/5 and totally recommend if you like Kolkata Style Biryani.For 3 of us, 1 double mutton Biryani, I egg Biriyani and a plate of kebab the total cost was 1100/-which I would say is reasonable for the quantity and quality they served. livelikejoy.wordpress.com

  After the load of the work, when you get a lunch break and a delivery full of happiness.This outlet delivered really good food today.We orderedPaneer tikka, shaami kebab, paneer butter masala and naan.All the items were freshly made and delicious in taste.We really liked their paneer tikka.The delivery was fast and on time.Must try it

  Had the best lunch delivered from here. The packaging was amazing, leak proof and food was freshly prepared.Serves the tastiest dishes, made in less oil.So I had- paneer butter masala with butter naan( Just waooo, the panner was perfectly made, not much spicy, perfect taste and naan was fluffy, soft and the quantity was excellent)- shami kebab( They were nice, soft, fresh)- paneer tikka ( i loved it, the packaging, taste, texture was really worth trying)And in the dessert, I hadFirni ( was good)Overall the best, lip smacking lunch from this amazing outlet, a must try one.

  When in CR Park, biryani is a must!Came across this outlet on Instagram and I was sold at the look of the biryani. I ordered (had to order just a biryani, ended up ordering a feast!) – • Chicken Tikka – not as spicy as I’d have liked it to be, but extremely juicy and tender. The marination was mild and the flavours were subtle on the palate.• Chicken biryani with raita – The boiled egg and potato and the absolutely aromatic rice just made my day! Must try!• chicken handi with butter naan – rich curry with boneless pieces of chicken, went well with the naan.• Firni – delivered in an earthern bowl, the firni was thick and creamy.   I am a big fan of biryanis so tried to order biryani from this place with paneer kofta .the food was really awesome specially the biryani.it was Bengali style biryani .paneer kofta was also amazing in taste .Also try their amazing Firni which is one should must try from here

  Amazing food i have at aminia.. This is the best restaurant when it comes to Bengali food. I really seek all kolkata food lovers must have food here at cr Park.. Must must try.. Strongly recommend
