Tried these uberly famous Chicken and mutton cutlets (chops) from Dadu’s cutlet shop which is a very old and popular Bengali eatery in Chittranjan Park, Market 2.Since we are used to having light and fresh cutlets in north india, i found these to be really oily (fried in Mustard oil) with a salty taste in the chicken and mutton. The chutney and salad also did not taste very fresh.
