It’s a great place with absolutely yummy food and decent prices. However the reason I give it 3 stars is because they don’t have boneless options. Which really takes away from the menu.I highly recommend they start offering boneless options as well
Ordered pork masala, grilled chicken and cutlets. enjoyed every bit of it. I was asked to try pork as starter and it was one of the best i have had in Delhi. Thanks for the recommendation.
They serve one of the most atrocious biriyanis around. There is nothing Malabari about this. Just paid 300 bucks for it and regretting like how! Do not make a mistake of ordering biriyani from this place.
A small little place in C R Park offering delicious Kerala cuisine. We have tried this place a few times and it has never let us down. Some dishes we tried here and needs mention are the gunpowder idlis, mutton roast , pork dry fry or pork roast and their heavenly Sambad. They have weekend specials which one needs to look out for. Today we tried the pork dry fry with rice at home after ordering it. It was really awesome and was like a tasty home-cooked meal. I suggest friends try the food out here and also wish Malabari Roots more success!
I went to Malabari Roots for lunch and got mutton stew was so good and super tasty and chicken birynai was good. And shared between two people. Price is reasonable and good ambiance. Nothing so fancy about it but clean.
I’ve tried the food here multiple times since it’s opened. The porottas are good, the curries are decent and the traditional avial and thoran are excellent (I’m a malayali hence the muted response to some of the curries but by Delhi standards they’re great coming second to say the Saket mahabali).I’m giving a 3* rating cos of their chicken biriyani. It’s the closest Malabari biriyani I’ve come to in Delhi. Only problem- I’ve found the chicken undercooked at least on 2 occassions. Maybe cook it a little more before putting dum?
