I had heard a lot about Bukhara at ITC and i finally got to eat the over hyped dal Bukhara.To be very frank, dal makhani of many other restaurants is much much better and correctly priced as compared to their dal Bukhara.I wasn’t impressed at all by their signature dish. One had to ask for water time & again. Something not expected from such a place.The staff was courteous & the place has a nice ambience.Overall ratingsStaff 4/5Food 2/5Ambience 4/5
Visited on a weekday at 8pm, as expected there was a waiting of 90 minutes. We got a table for two tucked in a tight space.Had Dal Bukhara and butter Naan, dal being piping hot and buttery was good. Naal although got really hard by the time we had finished half of it.Pricing was reasonable (dal @ 1095, Naan @270) .
