KC has been one of the most celebrated fast food spots of Dwarka recently, it is almost always crowded and busy. We have been ordering and enjoying the delights served here since it was first open in the area long back, however to my utter disappointment, they have indulged in a lot of cost-cutting recently and hiked up the prices massively. The reason why everyone loved KC was for the quality, taste and quantity they served, but unfortunately, they have begun to compromise on all of the above mentioned and to add on, the prices have also increased. We literally experienced the level of degradation of their quality each time we tried their crispy chicken especially. Previously, the quantity of half-plate was good enough for two people but now even a full plate is less. Earlier the chicken strips were delicious and crispy but now it has become soggy and usage of synthetic sauces is evident. Coming to chicken noodles, it tastes good but quantity has reduced and prices have hiked. In tandoori momo ranges, for which KC is known, we have tried three variants, Achaari, Afghani and Malai momos. Again there is a visible degradation of taste and sadly, the size of momos have reduced. It is super upsetting, We wouldn’t have been upset if it was only a price hike, but the quality and taste have been compromised too for cost-cutting. Achaari momos are dry marinated momos having a dense flavour of spices, while the Afghani momos are dry marinated momos, white in colour tasting subtler than Achhari momos, our personal favourite WAS Malai momos, coated in luscious malai, it was a step ahead of Afghani, flavourful yet moist and delicious. Unfortunately, the malai momos they serve now is nothing like what they served before. We really hope that KC improves its quality standards since nowadays we do not visit that place at all where once we could be spotted almost every second day.
