I am a regular customer of Modern Bazaar since seventies, when there were very few outlets of MB and one of them was in Priya Cinema complex, Vasant Vihar. My experience has so far not bad and I always enjoyed the ambience but my recent purchase of Mutton, Liver and Chicken on 21-08-2018 vide Bill No. 00026729 was very disappointing, not while making purchases but while having meal with my family. I didn’t say anything to my family members that I am not enjoying the mutton with liver because I was afraid that my family members will leave the meals. But later on, I realised that everybody was feeling like me. They also did smell something wrong with the mutton or liver. This is not a complaint but definitely a concern from where I do my regular purchases.Ashish Pal # 8826517870
Really bad experience due to behavioural misconduct of the staff. Specifically at the non veg section, the staff is absolutely rude and lazy. The new manager tried to make up for the arrogant and ill mannered employees, but it really is absolutely unacceptable.A word of caution, either find another store or else remember to get the meat reweighed after its packed. Most certainly there would be a delta between what is being charged and what is being packed.Such staff only makes regular customers , customers from the past.
