  These guys are beyond irresponsible. I had strictly mentioned in my order to not add nuts as I am allergic to nuts and it’s life threatening for me to consume them. I had ordered one strawberry Nutella waffle and one Brownie Nutella Pancake, I was delivered both incorrect items. I got two entirely different waffles. One had nuts from some topping which caused me to suffer an anaphylactic shock. I had to recieve an epinephrine shot which doesn’t come cheap at all. I was put in a highly dangerous situation due to their irresponsibility. I later tried calling their Number given on Zomato repeatedly but to no avail. Nobody picked until I scrolled several Google websites to find their alternate number. A lady, the owner’s mother most probably picked my phone. She started off saying that my son (the owner) went to a wedding and couldn’t pick the call, despite of the fact that I had called him the next day too. She had her share of excuses and said that anyone can do such mistakes including myself. I tried suggesting her what she could have done to avoid such mistakes politely. But I ultimately howled and screamed upon. The last thing I expected from them was being this rude while I was trying my best to stay polite & calm. There was no sense of empathy on their end even after being so careless and putting someone in such a danger. It was terrible enough and then her daughter over and instantly said don’t expect any refund. I have never personally seen these people in my life but for some reason they had too much anger for me. Moreover their staff also had his share of tantrums for me. The staff does not recognise their menu correctly itself. The chef who prepared my order started questioning my integrity and checked my order details and cited that I myself ordered the incorrect item. I had to tell them to look at their menu and read it so that they can see that I ordered the right food item. After that the chef abruptly became silent, accepted that yes he didn’t know the menu properly. I then asked him to let the owner who had been insulting me to know that he didn’t know the menu properly and ignored the instructions. Instead he pleaded to not do it and cut the call. I was left speechless. And now I have to also suffer with allergy bumps, rashes and itching for weeks all over my body.Also the food was nothing impressive. They use not so quality ingredients and use toppings sparingly. If you have ever had a good waffle, something from the likes of Belgian Waffle (mind you the prices are in the same freaking range for both), you will a drastic difference in taste in quality. Honestly drizzling chocolate sauces sparingly, sprinklers, crumbs and chocolate rolls is not what a makes a waffle good. The flavours of both waffles were same because they lay no special emphasis on the individuality of the core flavours by the name of which the waffles are sold. Use of same kinda toppings on the same rather dry and dull tasting waffle is what you will witness. This technique is common with eateries where mediocre quality ingrey and no experienced chef are involved.Also, Please be very careful while ordering from them. You could suffer real bad.

  Best shakes in the town and waffles are also better than many restaurants and I have taken coffee for a take away and it was also awesome. It’s a must visit place in ramphal chowk

  Have tried KitKat shake from this pleasant place.. literally hadn’t had this delightful shake ever .. the taste was so amazingly amazing .. Environment was so hygienic with beautiful songs. Faculty was friendly too ! They treated me as like their family member. I consider this as a best place to visit for shakes and waffles and much more , best service with best stuff .. really worth it !!

  The menu justifies the pricing completely. The combos are definitely worth trying. Favourite destination for waffles and shakes. Give it a go. Taste and price is worthy to give it a shot
