Locura, though located in the deteriorating market with rare random walk-ins, shows a lot of promise. The interiors are decent but the star is their terrace with a good view of south ex. The drinks were nothing extraordinary but I was awestruck by their food. Laping, scotched eggs, Lebanese platter, pork baos and what not.. To top it i was served mirch ka halwa which was fantastic and I loved the concept of baos being baked in skull shapes, looked nice tasted perfect.Service was flawless throughout, but on my visit the place had very few guests, I hope they maintain the same quality on a full house as well.The chef was kind enough to check on us every now and then which gains this place extra points.Would love to visit again sometime soon. Kudos.
