They say ‘home-cooked food is the best food’. That’s Asha kitchen’s Mantra with simple yet excellent variety of breakfast to dinner menu. The quintessential ‘ rice hotel’ meals which North east region of India is famous for, are must try here. And ‘puri-ooti’, pork sausage and singju for those who want to keep it little.
The credibility of this restaurant is decreasing by the day. Hygiene is a huge concern. If you go around noon to grab a bite, they have the audacity to serve you leftover from the previous night, sadly not even reheated. Puri is not properly cooked. If you wish, you may buy the tiffin meat curry, it’s decent.This review is not based on a one time experience, but too many to count. I guess I come over and again given that it serves Northeast food. Prices are cheap and so is the quality of the food. Too bad the staff are sluggish and won’t take any suggestion to improve.
