I visited this place last week. My friend recommended this place so thought of trying ice creams. I took one scoop of basant special fruit ice cream and it was so tasty.After having one scoop, took away 1/2 litre more for my family.
I ordered create your own sundae for home delivery. I told to to put belgian chocolate scoops but it came with vanilla scoops- Red flag number 1. No hot chocolate, no nuts in a hot chocolate fudge sundae. Can you believe it ? Red flag number 2. The sugar content in icecream is way too high for anybody’s liking . I hope to get a better experience
Ice cream Bar by basant in Janakpuri (choti sabzi mandi₹ is very gr8 i visited their it was a faboulous visit and the service was awesome as well as i tried 3 shakes and various ice cream flavour’s they were very awesome. At last i would like to say that all the people should visit.
Ordered Caramel Mocha sundae. It was superb. By far the best sundae I’ve ever had. They offer some great ice creams, sundaes and shakes. And you have a variety of flavours to choose from. Fantastic place! Great service.! Must try Rajwadi kulfi, Midnight cookies ice cream and various ice cream sundaes.
Ice cream shakes are okay not that great. We tried two shakes here, lemon and pineapple, both of them were not good, we also tried mojito that was okay sorts. The place overall is okay ambience wise.
A gourmet’s delight !! The flavours are original and delicious, the potions huge and the relative prices small. I love dessert. All kinds. But there’s something specual about ice cream at Basant’s. Makes me happy. I am drawn to its simplicity. I am perplexed by the endless supply of constantly growing flavor options. I ll visit again.
Basant Ice cream is a great spot to pop in for ice cream. Must try their icecream experience where you can make your own that would be excellent.The ice cream is smooth, cool and great tasting. The behind the counter help are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere takes one back to olden times, when there were ice cream parlors almost on every block. Thankfully this one is thriving!
