So Basant is a brand In Ludhiana and I always used to have Strawberry Jelly Sundae from there. When I got to know that a branch has opened in Delhi, I got very excited. But to my surprise the icecream was totally different and not good at all.Highly disappointed.
I ordered ice cream from basant & I found it something different. After checking it was EXPIRED.I even raised a ticket to zomato but they also keeping it unheard.This is very unprofessional & the way they are selling EXPIRED ice creams is not acceptable.RegardsNischal9501205914
