so unprofessional this is. 2nd time I am facing issues with Zomato. I have been waiting for my order for past 1 hr. Delivery boy is claiming that restaurant is not giving the order for dispatch. Restaurant manager is claiming that order is already given to some other delivery boy . I have already paid the amount . shall mark a complaint to consumer court by keeping Zomato’s MD is cc ????what pathetic service is this ?? Zomato has gone so poor in customer service and delivery ??

What is the point of serving good food when you can’t even serve the correct order. This has happened twice.i order something & they sent something totally different.this is a practice only when you have alreadypaid through your card for the delivery. I hope this thing never happens again & if it does then I hope this restaurant never opens up again.
It’s been 2 hours I have ordered something nothing has been delivered till now!! So frustrating.. Neither I am getting any update on delivery status?????
This restaurant has one of the best ambience around. Food is good and staffs courteous. Very good in terms of hygiene and food prepration
This is one of the best outlets in Janakpuri in terms of food . I have been here multiple times and have tried several dishes .Preparation is good . Staff is courteous . Hygienic surroundings and great ambience.
