Don’t remember when did I start eating here, Seems almost 8 years when I started college I used to eat stuff from here. And It was mostly good in terms of both Quality and Quantity, but over the years I have had the chance to visit quite a few places with similar ( maybe even better ) food. So I would recommend the following things -> Pav Bhaji – Spicy, Tangy and Delicious. A word of caution it may be too Spicy for some people.> Dahi Bhalle – Sweet and soft. Enough to fill your stomach> Aloo Chat – Average
Was hungry while roaming in Karol Bagh so tried this place. No seating, just a table outside and take away. Tried Bhanrwa Golgappe – they were good. The curd was sweet and tangy chutneys were amazing. Pav bhaji was just a red mash of random vegetables, can be skipped. Aaloo tikki was okay. tiny.cc
Its weird that people mostly have given very low ratings to a place where taste is guaranteed. Samosa Chat, golgappas, Aloo Chat, Tikkis everything is so good out here and this place is one of the legendary and oldest chaat places in Delhi, with an existence of almost 70 years. Those who are fan of Delhi’s Chaat, this place is a must try out for them. (Y)
During my school days i used to take maths tutions from dev nagar, and it is nearby bus stop ( we usually travel through bus at that time ). Well taste is gud for a pocket friendly students or u can say a road side food although not hygienic, but who cares for hygine in road side food :p
Taste is good hygiene is less?. Can try for taste but their are better shops.
Located near Khalsa college signal, this is one of the oldest shops in this area. I have been a fan of their dahi bhall papdi since my school days. Golgappas are mouth watering as well. Samosa chaat here can also be tried atleast once. I would recommend this to all the chaat lovers to surely try it out.
Most un conveniently located , low on hygiene , roadside stall selling the traditional Dilli chat. Chote Lal halwai , located just around the corner is slightly more hygienic and more pricy alternate. Stopped here earlier this week for a samosa chat which tasted nice , even the tikis frying on the big tawa looked appetising too .Am not sure weather to recommend or not , so take your pick and ENJOY
