Poor food quality
Horrible experience. After accepting order, they called up saying they dont have an item & asked it to be replaced with other to which I dnt seem to have any option. More, instead of boondi raita they sent veg raita(this was thr own creativity). And more, instead of complimentary mango milk shake they sent a bottle of Coke. Seems, they order on behalf of you. First and last order. And yes, they have alot of extra salt to add to the food.
I ordered home delivery: 2 special thalis and chicken kothe momos. They took more than 2 hours to deliver the food. The food itself was quite bad as well. The dal was too salty, to the point of being inedible. The chicken was rubbery and had a stale, spoilt smell.The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because the kothe momos were decent and the food was hot.
