Its a really quiet place. Yet its very pretty and has an amazing balcony. very polite and courteous staff. very good service.But there is one wrong information on zomato. It doesn’t open until 1 am. It closes at 12 am.
I had my son’s reception on 26th April 2019. Everything was good. The Place, Ambience, Food, Food Quality everything BUTBUT BUT The staff at the management level were very RIGIDI had a party of 250 people. I asked them to keep two bowl full of peanuts costing Rs. 20.00 per packet near the Drinks counter but they Straight away refused. Considering the fact that it was a party of 250 people I was amazed at their RigidityI WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO HOST A PARTY AT LUTYENS BECAUSE OF THE RIGIDITY OF THE MANAGERIAL STAFF THERE
I recently visited THE LUTYENS RESORT and had a blissful experience.It is a spacious and beautiful resort with ample car parking space, with all five star amenities like rooftop lawns, rooms, banquet halls for party purposes and corporate events.The entrance lobby is quite welcoming and adjacent to it is their RESTRO BAR,THE COALITION . It has inner spacious seating arrangements as well as a small outer sitting area overlooking the lawn.Ambience was just perfect. The decor was very bright and lively. They have great selection for all food n drink items .I loved the chicken sweet corn soup with lot of chicken n veggies. Their fish tikka was tooo good.In mocktails, their blue lagoon, pineapple sunshine and Lutyens Homemade Smooth punch were very refreshing.In mains, Punjabi kukkad and daal makhani with assorted breads and rice were droolworthy. The presentation of food was very nice.Totally loved the food and service. The staff was extremely courteous. Special regards to Ranjeet and Chef for taking care of us and providing us delicious food.Thanks guys for making our day special. Definitely a place worth going back.
This was by far the worst experience ever. The sales manager is extremely rude and the only reason why I would never go back here again. Very disappointing. Very poor hospitality.
Good butter chicken and butter naan. Chicken malai tikka and dahi kebab is great too. Overall awesome experience. Will definitely visit again soon.
When you go to the property and dine in or host/ attend a function, the experience is fabulous but a home delivery arrangement leaves you wondering whether the food is from the same place or not. For the price point the quantity and quality needs to be improved by leaps and bound.I did not like the way they pack food, onions coming in a foil paper as an example. Dal makhni and shahi paneer were tasteless while Malai kofta paneer lababdar forced me to change rating from. 1 to 3.5. Breads were hard. I assume that the Staff is busy handling party patrons with few catering to home delivery customers which is not a healthy sign. Don’t deliver if you can’t meet expectations or make it a fantastic experience like one has upon the visit.
