Yesterday I visited Kebabs & Rolls with my friend @taste_storiess (instagram). It is an amazing cloud kitchen in Lado Sarai. There we met Chef Nagender Pal Yadav. He personnel showed us how they cook and cooked many amazing North Indian Cuisine for us. All staff there was very cooperative, humble and interactive. The kitchen was very clean and there work was quite hygienic. They were wearing a proper dress and what i actually liked was they didn’t allowed us in the kitchen without covering our head. On the table as you can see there are many Mughlai dishes- chicken kebab, chicken tikka roll, chicken korma, laccha paratha, hydrabadi biryani, raita and phirni. Everything was really tasty. @taste_storiess and I enjoyed a lot. Have a look at some of the recipes i tried.❤️
I just loved the clean kitchen, they are concerned about proper hygiene, they also have everything fresh..I had chicken korma, mutton Biryani, seekh chicken kabab, phirni, chicken tikka egg roll, laccha paratha every thing was very delicious, the chicken and mutton were tender and juicy. It was a perfect brunch.They made everything in front of us, used freshly prepared ingredients, best thing was they didn’t allowed us without head gear this shows their attitude towards clean kitchen.The whole staff were humble, cooperative and interactive, service was amazing.Ambiance was also goodPeople should really try out there rolls and kebabs, it’s a good place to have such yummy tempting cusines and dishes
