Nice ambiance, Nice music! But service wasn’t nice at all. Slow and unco operative staff. I asked for some customisable orange based drink and the steward refused and said that cannot happen everything here is according to the menu and have to order accordingly. I asked to re-heat my food which took ages for it to come back and then it was so hot that we couldn’t have it for next 10-15mins. Plus the portion size here is very unsatisfactory according to the price.
If you are going for drinks and hukkah then this place is a good option. But their food was a big disappointment and quantity served was less. Their staff was not attentive and welcoming. I ordered a pizza which I didn’t liked as pizza’s crust was thin like a wafer. Spaghetti was delicious but less in quantity. And i liked their nachos it was good.

Located in the premises of Qutub hotel, We Qutub could have been a very good place to hangout for youngsters. The ambience sets in full party mood. The cocktails too are different and made in a creative way.But the food lacks serious efforts. The service is very late. We had to wait almost 40 mins for each of our food items to arrive.The staff too wasn’t of much help. Cutlery served on demand, proper accompaniments with the food were missing and so was the staff’s willingness to serve.Food was okay. Pizza was very good
It’s a good Shisha joint with above average food. Service is good and staff really tries there best. Gin and Ts were Ok, they really haven’t got the drinks right. I feel the place will pick up but with tough competition from Dear Donna, they have a long road ahead.
