This little old place has been our frequent go to since over 20 years now. We used to get our birthday cakes and snacks back when we were kids. Now, it’s a once in a while visit for amazing aloo patty, chocolate truffle pastry, cream rolls and freshly baked goods (like butterfly crisps and biscuits). They have changed little to none over these 20 years and that can be seen as both a positive and a negative about them. Another negative is that they don’t deliver normally. Otherwise, for a tiny old shop making fresh patties, cakes and biscuits daily, it’s pretty good.
Pastries were not fresh and they were also very expensive as compared to the quality they are providing.Would not recommend anybody to go there.Other bakeries are providing much better quality.
It is a bakery located in Vasant Kunj market. I often go there with my family for a quick bite. They have little variety to offer.Cheese Patty – 2/5It is exactly like aloo patty just worse. There is hardly any stuffing of cheese in it.Aloo patty – 4/5It is cheap and tasty. The filling has the perfect blend of masala.The pastries are not very fresh. Although chocolate truffle is worth trying. They also keep bakery biscuits which a crisp and tasty.
Located in the central market of Vasant Kunj this is one of the oldest pastry shops around that sells high quality items. This place has it all ranging from the bakery items to all that is needed for a small party, get togethers or birthdays all at a very economical price. The chocolate truffle pasty, black forest pastry, aloo patty and paneer patty are all too good. They also make customised cakes for your special requirements. It is a small shop however the variety of item is still abundance. When around you must really try this place out.
Used to be the only bakery in VK a few years ago. That time the taste was also good.The quality has gone down.I prefer their snacks now. They’re still edible.A lot of rush around that area becomes a hassle for us to park our car and buy stuff, so one cn either go to Angels.Snacks and breads are okay, but there are better places in VK that serve better cakes.Quality needs improvement.Cheers to the team.
It’s a small bakery located in central market, Vasant Kunj. We normally order cakes from here. Chocolate Truffle is our favourite and a must try. All the items are reasonably priced. Also the service is pretty decent.
