really disappointed with the service.. the took the order and not yet delivered it yet .. its been almost 4 hrs. really idiot manager telling cant deliver the food by calling from a different number . i had been calling in the registered no to check on the delivery but couldn’t get any response as the registered no was switched off the entire time..
Worst experience ever. No doubt food is OK and that’s why i was having tiffin service from there for 5 months. But the owner here is a cheat. Everytime I used to pay advance money to him for whole month. But due to some personal reasons, I had to left the place for 20 days and guess what, the owner denied to return single penny of the payment I made to him, despite having good terms with each other .I had not taken a single meal from him and suffered a loss of Rs 3000. So, here is a suggestion for the customers. Don’t pay any advance money to him for any service you take.
I read some extremely negative review of this place in terms of home delivery but I will not say anything about it as I have never ordered anything online from here. I have visited this place 2 – 3 times and tried some of the items from the menu. This outlet truly justifies its name i.e. Food shop as it is a small shop with a seating space of 3 tables providing space for 11 people approx. The staff are very polite and have patience in taking the order. The shop is dedicated to deliver dhaba style food but the preparation is more simple making it less oily and sufficiently spicy for daily base eating.The prices are nominal and this is the main attraction of this place. Food here is ok ok but it has a half and full plate option so it makes it easiar if you like to eat alone. I am still to explore much but for now, my recommendation would be egg curry and tawa roti.
Actually i should give them negative marking as i never got my food. They took the order and when i called back to follow up after half hour they said they wont deliver. Rating reviews wont be an effect to these outlets but please dont waste time ordering from them
