Aminia is a delivery joint in Cr park which serves amazing Bengali food. I tried Bengali chicken biryani ,chicken chaap ,reshmi chicken tikka with garlic naan and phirni . Each item tasted lipsmacking specially the biryani and chaap. Packaging was done very neatly .

Kolkata style biryani has to be eaten fresh, I guess . What we got was dry, and the ceiling fans certainly did not help. Both rice and Chicken were really dry. The management must take corrective measures.
