One of the best thing about this restaurant is their music. The DJ played really nice songs and we enjoyed to the fullest. Though it was afternoon still we danced a lot on the floor and it really made our afternoon so pleasant. The ambience was really good and we really enjoyed every single moment we spent at this restaurant. From food to dishes to staff to the ambience everything was so perfect. There are a lot of dishes to choose from the menu, and every dish comes with a twist.. which made us really happy and we were amazed. If you are bored of the normal classic food that you each at every cafe.. this is a place for you!! Try their fusion food and you’d love it. We really enjoyed here.
Socializing gets A New Destination in the Most Happening and Busiest Hub of Delhi with CCH, Connaught Club House, CCH. A Spacious and Splendid Clubhouse that has recently opened in the back lane of Tolstoy Road. This place is LIT and fully packed even in the not so busy hours. CCH is an epitome of Warm Hospitality, Delicious Gastronomical Food and Mixology and Cocktails at its best along with a mesmerizing Aura to remember. The Interiors are done tastefully and this place is illuminated. High ceiling with an elongated Bar is located at one end of the Restaurant. You can opt from High chair Cabana seatings or Comfortable Couch. We started with some Beautiful cocktails and Indian starters that were given a touch of modernity, yet keeping the essence intact. In Cocktails, Basil Smash and Guava Mary were really nice. Basil had that refreshing sublime tone and Guava Mary was perfectly spiced with the Salt lining. The drinks perfectly went with the starters, Changezi Chicken Tikka, Gongora Fish, Cottage Cheese Tacos and Tandoori Wild Mushrooms. Loved the Changezi chicken, which was mouth melt-in delicious. It had a beautiful smokiness and velvety texture. Served with spiced onion rings and dip, it was finger Licking good. Gongora Fish is an Andhra style dish that smears Gongora spices and smoked to perfection. Loved Tandoori Wild mushrooms that had a Tandoori chargrilled touch. Cottage Cheese tacos were delicious and loaded with lip-smacking cottage cheese filling.Coming to the Mains, Mushroom Truffle Risotto was a beautiful dish that had not so creamy Mushroom Truffle cooked Risotto rice. Very light and fluffy grains. This was followed by Indian Lamb Roganjosh with Lacha Parantha that was beautifully cooked and served along parantha. A Perfect Clubbing destination to Meet and Greet friends, or colleagues, CCH is one happening place that has become A Talk of Town in no time. A must visit Clubhouse in CP.
I was here on Saturday with one of my friend. The ambience was just wonderful with perfect lightening and interiors. The staff was well dressed and trained. Now comes to food, we have first ordered our favorite dish as always paneer Tikka which was too damn yummy. We have also order some continental veg starters. The taste was good. We have also tried a charcoal based Cocktail with Gin. Presentation of food and drinks was wonderful. Must visit place in CP.
Truly amazing place I. Terms of food and cocktails! Visited this place and find something interesting in each and every aspect. The ambiance and decor are truly impressive and so is the service. The hospitality was great and service was courteous.
Connaught clubhouse is located behind the the main Janpath market right next to Informal on a road free of traffic and is easy to locate. The place is pretty huge in size and attracts an international crowd. The lighting inside is pretty good. The interior is mainly bulbs and wooden textures alongside a few plants to add to the decor. There’s a brewery area inside alongside an elongated bar. The seating is comfortable, they the option of low chairs with couches and high tables with a dark furnish. For food, we ordered the dimsums, the vegetarian and the non vegetarian ones, the mushroom bao, cottage cheese tacos, gonguri fish tikka and the changezi chicken tikka. For main course, we prefered their penne Primavera the white sauce pasta variant and their dal Makhni alongside breads. The dimsums were soft cooked and served in a bamboo cut basket, they were served with three dips and the size of the dimsums was average. They tasted good, however the vegetarian one was better than the non vegetarian one.The mushroom bao was mushroom shaped dough stuffed with cooked mushroom stuffings and was by far one of the most exquisite take on Baos I’ve had in a while. The studding was medium spiced, it’s tanginess was similar to various coastal mixed flavours and added a great touch to the dish overall. The cottage cheese tacos were garnished with leaves and had big chunks of paneer. It was a little bland but was served with salsa which added a great taste to the tacos. The tacos were the hard shell ones and had a good amount of tomato in them.My favourite dish of the lot was the Gonguri Fish tikka. It was yet another coastal tadka that is the fish tikka had a sort of coastal marinate and was garnished with sour cream. The combination was amazing and simply succulent. The changezi chicken tikka had a bhatti touch to it and was flavoursome thanks to the mix of the creamy and tandoori flavour. It wasn’t so spicy but was tandoored to an optimum level. The main course was great. The Penne Primavera was their white sauce pasta which generically contained bell peppers and mushroom slices. The Dal Makhni was thick, it went off well with the breads we had ordered. We preferred to order the green chili paratha and the lachha paratha. The green chili paratha was great but the lachha was better. For desserts, we ordered just the tiramisu which was a slice of coffee flavoured cream on a juicy slice of bread. The tiramisu tasted great especially with the strawberry garnish and the cake part really added to the flavour. For drinks, I’d recommend their Guava Merry and their Virgin Mojito. As a matter of fact, they do good justice to their strawberry mojito too.Overall, this place is good with the likes of lightly fused foods. Their flavours are directly relatable to various south indian cuisines which i really liked, however the distinction is very subtle, therefore it adds originality to the dishes. I’d love to visit this place again for the fish tikka.
I was here few days back with a bunch of friends. We had a great day here. It’s a big place with beautiful and classy interiors. The bar section looked amazing. We ordered a few starters and few drinks with some desserts. In starters we had, veg tandoori platter, pav bhaji, paneer tikka and white sauce pasta. All the dishes were brilliantly presented and the taste was good too. Veg tandoori platter is something that is worth trying out. We tried out Victoria and chocolate shake in drinks. Drinks were average. In mains, we had club house special dal with cheese naan. It was drool worthy. We ended our meal with a tiramisu cake. Oh god! It was super yumm. The services were top notch and our overall experience was so good.
I went to this place in janpath a few days ago and the food was really good. Very courteous staff and we were served well. The veg platter was nice with good taste. Tiramisu was my favourite dessert here.
