Stepped in a rush as wasn’t getting parking space. My friend needed to pee so we asked for the washroom, one of the staff member explained the way to upstairs. Now, here the horrifying experience started, the moment my friend entered in the ladies washroom, a man was already there masturbating. My friend was shocked and feeling terrible. After some time, when she again tried, the washroom was nothing but like a hell. Even railways and tariff-free washrooms here and there are much cleaned as compared to them. Upon complaining the staff membered reacted as if nothing serious or critical happened. Not recommended to the family or couple visit.
