Probably the best and the most authentic sushi we have ever had in Delhi. Fuji has done a really cool job with their interiors, making it look like a true Japanese restaurant. The vibe, the greeting style of the staff and not to miss their chicken katsu curry that blew our minds. Totally worth a visit even though its a bit pricey. So this place is a bit expensive for a regular college student. But it’s quite pretty and serves authentic Japanese food. I only tried sushi and udon noodles and I liked sushi but udon not so much. It was a different different food and ambience wise. Also portion size is a bit small :/
A brilliant Japanese food experience in the middle of the city. Better go at night to get easy parking. We ordered different types of gyōzas and sushi and came out very satisfied with the food overall.
Entering Fuji, you feel as though you’re in a different world altogether. The ambience is so unique. The food was more on the seafood side but I was visiting to give their ramen a try. Which I was happy with. Although our Dimsums had a raw chunk of chicken in it. and they did replace it But by the Time the experience had already been turned into a bad one. I wish the staff was more proactive and responsive. As when I informed the waitress about the raw chicken piece in the dimsum she almost giggled. Which is not professional behaviour. Anyways. What did I order?1. Soy Ramen – 4/52. Chicken Dimsums – 2/5⭐️⭐️⭐️
