So, after hearing so much about this legendary outlet in Delhi, finally went in there to have dinner with friends.We were so hungry and tired that we straight away ordered main course. The legendary Butter Chicken, Paneer Dhaniya Adraki, Garlic Naan and Plain Tandoori Roti.Butter Chicken was yumm, not like everywhere else where you only taste the tomato gravy. The pieces (boneless) were succulent and the gravy was thick and nice to taste. I did tried the paneer as well which was OK. At 8:30 the place was fully occupied, and a big waiting line outside. Service was prompt too.Altogether was good experience will surely visit with family soon.
Gulati restaurant located in Pandara road is almost a 60 years old restaurant known for serving some delicious North Indian food and known for serving Best butter chicken and Dal makhani for vegetarians in Delhi .The creaminess and buttery texture of dal makhani is to die for . Next thing which i loved from the menu was the dahi ke kebab ,they were so soft just melted in my mouth so so crispy yet soft at the same time .I ordered a dessert platter which included gulab jamun ,moong dal halwa and fruit cream.All the desserts were amazing but the moong dal halwa was so so perfect I never had such amazing halwa .Will definitely visit here again for some amazing food and friendly staff and prompt service
Recently I was at the iconic Gulati Restaurant Pandara road with my friends. I ordered for the vegetarian platter which consisted of Dahi Kebab which were absolutely delicious you must try it out I also tried the bharwa Aloo & Panner Ghilafi which were yum.. for mains we ordered the classic butter chicken, dal Makhani, Sarso ka saag and maki roti.. the meal was fabulous you must try the dal Makhani, butter chicken along with paratha.. To end the meal we ordered gulab Jamun & moong dal Halwa
Over the weekend, visited Gulati’s with my brother for lunch.The service was courteous. We tried the Shahi Veg and non veg platter, both were Lipsmaking, great kebabs.For mains we tried the malai kofta, dal Makhani, and butter chicken with some garlic naans, everything was delicious.We ended our meal with the fruit cream, definitely a must try.Overall it’s always a good experience dining at the place.
Your search for the best butter chicken in the city ends here. Located in Pandara road market, they have competition in the neighborhood but still has its charm. The butter chicken is rich, creamy and velvety with tender pieces of chicken. I m salivating remembering the wonderful meal. Butter naan complimented very well. They have buffet also which has an interesting spread with their specialities.Will love to try that next time
I went to celebrate my birthday with family and Gulati made my day with their heavenly food and service.Salads – we started off with special salad and I would say they were really good.Paneer tikka – it was succulent and the great thing was that it was stuffed with delicious masala and was served well.murgh tangri kebab- I don’t remember the exact name as it was suggested to me by the head waiter though it is their speciality. To my surprise it was amazingly delicious. It was served in a kulhad and the gravy was just perfect. The chicken was very tender and juicy. It is a must try.Butter chicken – the place is known for its best butter chicken and has several accolades to its name for the same. I’m not an expert but I can’t resist myself from saying it is *the* best.Service – the staff is really well trained and courteous. They don’t give any chance to complain.Thank you
Absolutely the best butter chicken in the world! I’m so glad I could finally make it to Gulati’s. We called for kebabs, butter naan and butter chicken. Everything was perfect! However, be prepared for wait time if you’re visiting on weekends. Also, don’t miss the kulfi at the next shop! It is something!
