Very bad Italian food, we requested to overcook our pasta as we wanted to make our toddler eat, they served raw pasta and raw chicken after making us wait for more than 30 minutes at 10:30 PM it was already so late & they had already consumed so much of time that we didn’t bother to complaintPizza was also not greatLevel of courtesy & furniture was very good but the time they took that also when we were the only people in the whole restaurant that spoiled everything We requested to pack leftover pizza which they took but never gave us backWon’t like to visit ever again though my office is in the next building and that is why I had thought we would be saving time by visiting this place but it remained spoiled dinner thetourismschool.com
My family and I went there for dinner. The restaurant was empty and peaceful and service was prompt. Their menu is vast. What we tried:Fondue with breads: The fondue was light yet flavorful. One of the best things from everything we tried for sure. Piping hot.Veg Sizzler: The sizzlers were huge! With jacket potato, grilled veggies in garlic and pepper. Overall a good dish.Pizzas: We ordered 3 pizzas and the verdict for all of them is the same. They were too dry, not enough sauce. Even the toppings were not great. They were very average and need to be worked upon.Fish and Chips: crispy from the outside, soft for the inside. Really tasty, overall.Manchow soup: really nice and light. Their Chinese menu is certainly better than the Italian.Chicken Thai Salad: raw papaya tossed in a lemon dressing. This was light and delicious.Overall, the evening was nice and would certainly visit again.
We have stayed twice at Hans Hotel. This coffee shop is a good middle of the road place for meals and the like. The service is excellent and the food quite good. We ordered a la carte. Organised a seminar at the hotel’s Banquet. Breakfast was great, especially Aloo Parathas. Lunch was okay. There were some mix-ups of lunch items as multiple seminars were taking place. Chinese was also good. Desserts were quite ordinary. Some improvements can be made in Non-veg section. Otherwise, a decent overall experience.
When you are in CP you will have plenty of options to eat. Kaffa coffee shop at the Hans hotel is one of that option which is not so good. Food is OK ambience is average. Not a must try destination for food lovers.
