Sarvana Bhawan remains my happy place whenever I am craving south indian food! While the Janpath outlet is the best, no doubt, the other outlet is also good. We went for a sunny sunday brunch and thankfully there was no wait. We ordered some pongal and medu vada, poori, breakfast tiffin and uttapam wth mixed veg. The food is top notch, so no complaints there. The service is courteous. So why not five star rating? They were cleaning the place the whole time with a broom while we ate on the table next to it. I know they gotta keep hygiene but maybe they can cordon off a section to clean or wait till the guests leave. If that’s not possible, they should keep doing what they are doing ’cause nothing in the world can make me stop going to this south indian food heaven! PS: even the chocolate shake was good 🙂
Best place for those who loves to eat south indian food. Varieties of dosa is good. I went with my friends and ordered two masala dosa and a butter roast masala dosa. The quantity and quality was good and the sambhar and the chutneys were also good in taste. Ambience and the service was nice. Good place to hangout with families and friends.
It is the best place to have authentic food. I liked everything there. Its interior is awesome and gives some positive and happy vibes. You can go there either with your friends as well as family. We ordered Utpama, plain dosa and masala dosa there. They were tremendous. I haven’t had such good dosas in my life. One should definitely give this place a try.
Sarvana bhawan needs no introduction, the place has some really authentic food. It has a really diverse menu with a great variety of dosa and uttapum. I really liked the vibes of the place. It is quite a family restaurant. I really loved the paneer dosa and the onion uttapum of sarvana bhawan. Do try it out❣️
Besides being famous for south indian food, saravana bhavan also sells south India sweets and one of my favorites is mysore pak, both milk and ghee variety. They make some really good sweets and I got both variety from them, one downside is that prices of sweet is on the higher side but quality of the same is impeccable!
This place always has a huge waiting line but it’s all worth it as the food here is absolutely amazing and all the south indian food lover should definitely try this place out.. my personal recommendation would be there ghee dosas as those are lipsmacking
Saravana Bhavan is one of the giant chain of restaurants which lies all over India and abroad to serve authentic South Indian food. This outlet lies in the outer circle in CP & its easily accessible. It had a lot of space to accommodate many people at the same time & it’s usually crowded at peak hours. The quality of the food is reasonable & the taste is good. But as a South Indian, I know how much these costs & the items are overpriced here. Overall it was a good experience & a good place to get south Indian food in Delhi.Food – 4/5Service – 4/5Ambiance – 4/5VFM – 3.8/5
