This is a good place to visit with your friends. I did not find it to be much of a family place. The service was prompt.I’ve tried Chilly Paneer and Mix Sauce Penne Pasta here. Both were delicious. For drinks I’ve tried Cranberry Fizz and Oreo Shake. I would not recommend the Cranberry Fizz.Food – 4/5Ambience – 3.5/5Service – 4/5
Tales and spirit in CP is a must visit place. The food is really mouth watering. My personal favorite was the manchurian. Literally had to order it twice. Pasta was really good. What I didn’t find upto the mark was the chinese biryani. It tasted very basic.
This place in CP serves you such a delicious spread. I can’t get over its white sauce pasta. It was the right creamy. We tried 2 veg pizzas. Both of them were mouth watering with a real thing crust. Over all a very good place. Must visit.
Went here during the GIRF fest, booked via dineout. On reaching there the guy downstairs told us that we would have to wait as all the tables were busy. After waiting for 15 mins when we asked if we could go upstairs and stand at the bar he let us in. On reaching upstairs we saw that there were 2 tables for 4 that were empty, giving the guy the benefit of doubt we quietly asked to be seated.Coming to the ordering part: we informed that we had a dineout coupon on 50% of total bill. The first thing we were told was that the coupon was not valid on platters, beers and imported drinks. OKAY!!Then we decided to order a pizza, we were told that they couldn’t provide us with a pizza as the oven had some techincal glitches. Finally we had to ask the server to let us know what actually was available. We went ahead ordered a couple of LIIT’s, chicken seekh kebab and hara bhara kebab and redbull. The LIITs were one of the worst I have ever had though it came to the table at a lighting speed.Coming to the worst partThe chicken seekh kebab and the hara bhara kebab that were absolutely a joke. It was one of those frozen food section items that we can buy from a supermarket isle. Believe me I know the taste of a freshly prepared item vs frozen food. It’s highly unexpected of a restaurant to be serving frozen packaged food to it guests. We quickly decided to leave the place. And also the 50% of total bill was not offered on the red bulls that we ordered.I’m giving the place a one star as there’s not any option to give it any lower.I would suggest the peeps to stay away and find a better place where they actually can serve people with food thats not served out of a frozen box.Happy fooding!!!!
This place has one of the most amazing ambience I have ever visited to. The lights and the vibe is very nice. I wasn’t that satisfied with the food. The mocktail was good but shakes were not upto the point. We asked for penne pasta but they served spaghetti without asking as they didn’t have penne. The burger was good and the price of the drinks were very reasonable.#talesandspirit#shakes#mocktail#burger#pasta#cp
Went to tales & Spirits recently with couple of my friends. it’s located at Connaught Place but on the outer side, the ambiance is good, the staff is polite and friendly. We ordered – Farm PizzaHow was it – to be really honest, it was below below average, the Toppings tasted weird and the overall pizza was literally not worth it at all. It costed around 360+ taxes so it was waste of money. And they took nearly 35 minutes to serve us just one pizza even though the club was empty and there was no crowd at all.The service was slow.Ambience – 2/5Pizza – 1/5Value for money – 1/52 stars only for the polite staff and average ambiance.
To grab on a few drinks and not hit on your pocket this place is good. The lightening was perfect even in the afternoon. Drinks were good however food was below average. The basic onion rings were so over fried that it had no taste left, we returned it. Infact the soya chaap was also not good but cdnt keep returning all the items so we just left it. Overall an ok-ish place.
