Not that popular with the crop of Instagram food bloggers, I am going to let you in an open secret. You should pay a visit to Bhaijaan to have feather-like light and flavourful Chicken Shaami Kebabs. Texture so smooth that even a toothless person can devour these Kebabs with ease. The meat is grinded into a fine paste that you wouldn’t find any fibre at all, just pure melt-in-mouth goodness! Served piping hot with Chutney and onion rings, Kebabs are well-spiced and are light on stomach, no oil-dripping fare here. Kebabs are priced at Rs. 10 per piece and it appears that these are the only item on the menu. They also sell Keema for Shaami Kebabs at Rs. 200 per kg to be cooked later.P.S. Its located by a narrow lane, Bazar Chitli Qabar packed with pedestrians and rickshawallahs. Walking upto the shop can turn out to be a can of worms.
