I have been eating fateh ki Kachori since my school times when it wasn’t even famous. Right next to St.Xaviers school you’ll find a vendor selling kachoris on his bicycle. Most people get it packed as the place is full of flies. It’s slightly unhygienic but the crispy kachori topped with matra, tamarind chutney, onion, ginger and coriander is one of the best combinations that I’ve ever had. The Kachori is really distinct which and their USP. Now they also sell kulcha rolls and chhole kulche which are equally good.
