One of the legendary places in Chandni Chowk famous for its omelette and the variety it serves.Keep in mind that it’s more like a small outlet and there is no seating available. Due to this, you have to stand and eat. The omelettes are tasty and the quality is pretty decent. Must try.

This shop in old delhi has been there for like 50 years and serve lip smacking omelettes with varied variations. I tried their khan special. It was awe struck to see how innovatively it was prepared. First the chef prepared a half fried omlette with almost 50 gram butter, then he shreaded boiled eggs and created a sort of a gravy with it by adding another 50 gm butter and loads of masalas cheese, cream etc. Loved the taste. Its run by two brothers, each taking alternate shift at the counter and each with their unique taste.Their signature dish is Khan special cheese omelette which comprises of around 3 eggs and a truckload of fried cheese and chilli.Ideal time to visit is 10:30pm when the roads are relatively empty and chandani chowk crowd has subsided.Apart from food, he ensure the fridge is well kept with Diet coke and pepsi to go along with food. Approx wait time for order is 15mins.
This joint is in the narrow lanes of the chandni chowk which is famous for the different varieties of eggs.Khan Special omelette- This dish is the most recommended and also the best in their menu. It is made of 4 eggs and is enough for 2-3 people. The taste was really good and it also had paneer and some chillis topped on the top of it.Bread omelette- It also had a good taste, omelette wrapped around bread with lots of butter. It tasted just like it was made at home.Veg sandwich- Though it is not a thing that one should have here but must say it was also a good dish and had a lot of veggies in it.I wpuld surely recommend this place to everyone who loves omelette even the slightest. You will surely fall in love with the taste and would want to come here again and again.
