Very costly lutera
This was frankly not on the to do list but now has become a definitely whenever I am around.Food: I tried the chicken curry and kaleji curry. I drool over super warm food, you might call it boiling hot but that’s how I like curries. And this is THE place. Also you don’t really expect realllly hot food from street side places. Both the curries are so sumptuous and perfect amount of spice. A portion of chicken curry which has a leg and a small piece is enough for one person. If you’re planning to eat more around the area, I’d rather recommend stick to one portion for two people. You also get tawa rotis and those probably work best when you’re having something high on flavours because that’s when you enjoy it the most. They basically keep the meat (any meat) separately and warm the piece and pour the curry over. Also you can ask for more curry in case you’re short of which did not happen with me. It’s enough with chapati, not sure of rice though. Ambience: This is the only reason I took that one point away. The place is street side and a small stall with some extended bars to just stand aside and eat. I’d probably prefer separate standing tables if not more. You might struggle a bit and you might rather want to get it packed instead. But what’s the fun about then. I probably have had sweat the most ever. Also one cannot discount Delhi weather.Must try: chicken curry
A small stall in the hush of Sadar Bazaar. The food is really good especially the chicken curry and Keema kaleji. The gravy is quite spicy and the chapati are just like the ones in home 🙂 must try place in and around old Delhi :)Lovely food!!
